(3pm) Carly stopped by and visited. (She is really into her new job!)

(4pm) I finally caught up on writing up my notes. (I am having a terrible time writing this year!)-(Things must be bad if I can’t even communicate by writing!)
I am ready for the new tv season to start! (It has been fun playing computer games and reading this summer, but I think the lack of comedy is part of why I am getting worse.)
I have got to try and get back into the Club routine this week. (My wrist still hurts from that fall, but I don’t think working out will make it worse.)
My attitude has been shitty lately!
My boss at the City seems pissed at me. (My phobia is getting worse and it’s showing up there too.) (I got another employee award a couple months ago and I great evaluations, so I am sure it’s no big-a-deal!) (I may not act like it there, but I do like going to work. (Tis good getting out of this place and doing something constructive!))
I suppose it’s a bad sign that it only took a few pages to catch up on two months. (Such a wild and crazy guy. (Ha!))
Although part of my problem is no social skills, now isn’t the time to work on that. (I have to be able to think in order to learn that, and until I can find a way to stop the anxiety attacks I can’t be around people. (Tis everything I can do, just to get out the door and not run back home.))
Yesterday I started a third job. (Tis another mess that has to be cleaned up. (I like puzzles!))

(7am) Other than at playtime, I am a pretty good person and I love helping others.
I have to stop criticizing myself for not being a social butterfly when I go out. (That is an unrealistic expectation at this point and just makes me feel worse.) (I need to praise myself for having made it out the door, even if I don’t speak and I offend everyone with my lack of social skills.)

(Noon) I got a letter from Samantha. (They are still having fun and enjoying marriage. (Neat!))-(At least one couple I know has found some happiness.)
