I have been slowing down my workouts. I sit for a minute doing breathing exercises before lifting. Then I move through the range of motion slowly, so the whole spectrum of the muscles is worked. (The plusses I see, besides doing a better job of toning the muscles, are that it reduces the chance of tearing a muscle and it decreases the impact on joints.) (Despite knowing that, when I am upset I tend to do the opposite. (Take it out on a neutral target.)-(There does seem to be an advantage to doing it that way now and then. Those have been the times when I have pushed through a plateau to a higher level of weights.)) (Tis also one of my conscious excuses for not working out in the evening. (I have convinced myself that going slower would annoy the other people trying to get their workouts done.))
(9pm) Tiredness!

(7am) TGIF!
(5pm) I finished up the data entry project. (Yeah!)
(6pm) I have been contemplating saving up for a microwave. (What I cook has to do with being cheap and easy to prepare. A microwave would fit the easy part, but it might be more expensive.) (Meals havent been a big deal for a lot of my life.) (Maybe someday I will get into learning how to cook and prepare a better menu?)
Another change to contemplate is cutting back on coffee. (I do love it and I must go through a couple pots a day. (Or is it more appropriate to say that a couple pots go through me?))
(10pm) Quiet nite. (Nice!)

(9am) I slept eleven hours.
(1pm) Well, grocery shopping is done.
I wandered through a few second hand stores looking for a new coffee table, but didnt see anything that jumped out at me. (I have such a hard time making up my mind. (I still dont trust my own judgement about anything.)) (I will check again in a couple months.)
(3pm) Another lazy day, so far.
One of the fundamental conflicts of this place is the environment. (For the world and the human race we have to make radical changes in what we do and how we do it, so as to live in harmony with the Earth. (We have become parasites and she will smite us if we continue on the road we are currently traveling!)) (The other side is the real need for good paying jobs here. (Every time the environmentalists win, there are a few less.)-(I can empathize with the people who are struggling to get by and depend on jobs that are harmful to the environment, but it isnt an acceptable trade off.))
