(3pm) I read the "High times". (It looks like my plan will work.) (The initial outlay is substantial, for me, but it will pay for itself.) (I will have to find a source of big containers to plant them in and buy some more potting soil.)
One downside of Erica’s breakup is that she used to loan me Henry’s "Playboy" every month and that will stop now.
(5pm) Erica popped in to use the phone. (Neat!)

We got a little rain this afternoon. (Hopefully we will get some more!)
I got a letter from my dad today. (I had mentioned the numbness when I walk and he said that might be a sign of the onset of diabetes.)-(He says always being thirsty is another sign and I have had that for years now.)-(I had a boss once who smoked and had diabetes whom had that problem with numbness. When I knew him the doctors had already cut one leg off and they wanted to do the other. (As much as I love cigs, I can’t imagine giving up my legs for them.)) (Besides quitting cigs, I need to cut out sugar again.)-(I suppose I should cut back on alcohol too.)-(That would help me lose weight. (I have weighted between 170 and 230 since my divorce and how much I weigh hasn’t made any difference with finding women.)) (Quitting cigs hasn’t made any difference in finding love either.) (My problem with women is my personality.) (He said he would pay the balance of my IRS bill for my birthday present. (Nice!))
D O seems to have a thing about me working on the computer. (That is about the only time she bothers me to be petted.)
(7pm) I went ahead and closed the bathroom window. (It has been open for 26 hours and it’s getting chilly now.) (D O can go back out tomorrow.)
(8pm) I love the autumn in a lot of ways, but tonite reminds me of one reason I don’t like it. (Especially at first, cool nites make me crave someone to snuggle with! (Oh well, it will pass!)) (I am glad I am staying home tonite.)-(Going out is a waste of time. (And, coming home alone has gotten real old!))
I am finishing off the bourbon tonite. (Catch a nice buzz!)
I am pretty dense when it comes to figuring out if a woman is interested, but I kind of think Beth is. (e.g., sticking her hand in my back pocket and playing with my ass.)-(e.g., walking by me while we were working together, so one of her tits pushed against my arm.) (She said she was going to go in to work tomorrow and start loading tickets into the new computer program, and wanted my home phone number so she could call me for help.) (She is cute, nice and funny and would probably be whole lot of fun in bed!)-(But, she is straight, knows lots of cops, works for the court, and her ex heads the drug team.) (She makes me nervous!)-(Oh well, I have probably misperceived again. I get totally lost when it comes to figuring out that part of life!)
It would be nice to get some more cocaine to have around for company, but that is out of my price range now.
