The cat discovered toilet paper today. (I will have to get her a scratching post when I get my first paycheck.)
I visited with Lauren again today in the break room. (I even told her some lies trying to impress her. (I haven't done that in a long time!))
(10pm) Quiet nite. (Nice!)

(7am) I am starting to get my morning routine down. (Building another rut.)
Ross seems to get a headache and go into his office whenever I go over there. (I suppose I should stop going over there. (I don't want to strain their relationship.)) (Since they only live a half block away it's convenient, but I don't want to cause problems. (I need to keep social time pleasant and avoid situations that could be painful.))
(5pm) Work went fast again today. (I hope it stays that way. (Days really drag when there isn’t much work.))
I ended up getting a free ticket the City's Xmas party tomorrow, so I will go ahead and do that.
(6pm) The cat is pretty independent and doesn't seem to want much attention from me. (Doesn't look like she will be much good as a replacement for physical intimacy.)
Erica popped in and said hi. (Company is nice!)
I am so tired after work it's going to take forever to merge the "Outlaws and Poets" poems into the prose and get it all edited. (Being around people at work is using up all my energy.)
I am still thinking about going to Bozeman for Xmas, but I won't get a full paycheck until January and I suppose I should stay and conserve what little money I will be getting. (Also, it might be better to wait until the cat becomes better adapted to being here, before I take off and leave her alone.)
Erica is talking about taking some classes to become a legal secretary. (That has been good for Miranda.) (Erica has had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands, so being on a computer all day might not be the best choice.)
I started another "Shandling" videotape. (That show sure is a hoot!)
Erica is passing around the "Outlaws and Poets" print outs to others. (Tis weird running into people I don't know, who know all about me; but I have to get used to that.)
(8pm) Carly didn't call about partying downtown tonite, so I guess they spaced me off. (That is probably for the best.) (Save my money for the City's Xmas party tomorrow nite. (Supposedly a number of single women are going alone. (Including Lauren.))
I have been visiting some with Maddie since I have been working over in the Treasurer's Office using their computer. (She is nice!)
