(7pm) Erica stopped by to visit. (Nice!)
I am starting on the project of buying new computers for work. (One down side of government is buying stuff can be real cumbersome and time consuming.) (I have access to a computer that works, but my home computer is far superior.) (It will be nice getting a good one! (Having the right tools for the job makes life much easier!))
People at work say I need to get some pictures for the walls of my office. (Erica said she would pick out some nice one’s for me.)
Hanging out in the break room is interesting. (Tis a good way to get to know people.)-(And, I am learning as much about the City in the break room as I am in the office.) (That is the upside of not being able to smoke at my desk here.) (Good therapy!)

(5am) Carly called at 11 last nite and woke me up. (She just wanted to know if my cable tv was out too.)
(5pm) Quiet day of reading and putting together the bid request for new computers.
The flu is going around at work. (Boo!)
The cat discovered paper towels today while I was at work. (What a mess!)
(8pm) I walked over to Ross and Carly's and dropped off some beer and a music tape. (Tis a bit late for her birthday, but she has been busy with school.) (I bs'd with them a bit, but I wasn't really up to being around people tonite. (Work is about all the people time I can cope with at the moment.)) (Carly is trying to get a bunch of people to meet at the bar Friday nite, to celebrate the end of finals. (She invited me, but I don't know. After work I am pretty burned out on people. (Oh well, see how I feel then.)))

(7am) The cat woke me up at 4am again, looking for some attention.
The cat is giving me practice using my vocal cords. (I talk to her a lot. (For me))
I visited some yesterday in the break room with an interesting woman (Lauren). (The break room tis a great woman watching spot.)
(5pm) Today went fast. (My boss got back today. (He called in sick the last two days.)-(Speculation in the break room was that he was really off skiing.))
I went to a Council committee meeting today and met some more politicians. (Work is triggering a lot of anxiety attacks and should be a good place to work on that problem.)
