The last time the Colter Boys played the Hat, Max and I had a talk about Carrie. (The conclusion we reached was that the trick to loving her was to accept that she is going to do whatever pleases her, and that it won't always make us happy. (I would say that is pretty true of Erica and Samantha too. (There have been times with each of them, when they have cut me; but, tis a small price to pay for all the beauty and joy they have brought to my life! (And, as I have said, even the pain turned out to be a gift, as it helped me to learn to deal with it and overcome some of my problems. (It also helped me to learn and accept that no one could be or should try to be, who I want her to be! I enjoy independent women, and, slowly, I am learning to deal with the pain they sometimes trigger in me.))))) (Keep growing!)
Mostly Samantha has seemed pretty happy with Leo, and he has been pretty good to and for her; but there are aspects of her that he doesn't quite fit, and she scratches those itches now and then with someone else who does. (Her biggest complaints were that he didn't like oral sex, that he wasn't very romantic, that he was gone a lot with school and playing in bands, and that he tends to talk down to her. (So now and then, she would turn to someone who did have time, did romance her, and would eat her pussy.) (It seemed to me that, if they would communicate and each was willing to make some compromises, they could work it out so that he was taking care of all her needs. (I tried a few times to suggest that subtly; but I am not sure I was heard.) (Maybe it's hopeless to find one person who can satisfy all of one's sexual needs, or to be able to satisfy all of another's sexual needs?) (Mostly Samantha's other lovers are men she has known for years, and she seems to do okay, when she sticks with them. (Tis when she starts fucking around with strangers that she gets into serious problems. (e.g., Dan (Ex-con, drug addict, and violent; but he has whatever it is that blows women's skirts up. (Samantha was at a party with him and his girlfriend (she is bi), and everyone was seriously wasted. His girlfriend and one of her girlfriends took off to go bar hopping for awhile, and Dan talked Samantha into bed while they were gone. Then his girlfriend came back (wasted on JD and speed) and caught them there. That was the nite she was beaten nearly to death while he stood by watching, and then she got thrown outside naked. (I could understand the first time; but I am still bewildered as to why she continued to fuck him after that. (His girlfriend got real friendly after that incident, and kept trying to talk Samantha into doing a threesome; but Samantha's got an aversion to even talking about bi, and only does threesomes when it's two guys and her. (That is another aspect and occasional craving of hers that her relationship with Leo couldn't scratch.)))))))))) (None of that is "bad", in my book! (Some of it baffles me, and some of it hurts me; but I love her none-the-less for it all, and it's someone like her who I will probably end up with, if I ever get to that part of life again! (I enjoy women who have lots of aspects. (I have to come to terms with the reality that there will always be aspects of them which I can't satisfy and grow enough to always allow them the space they need to be themselves, regardless of what that means and who it means they need to be with!)) (I still have to get greater control over my emotions though. (Given who I am, I am better suited to play the steady beau than to play one of the other lovers; and I need to gain control of my jealousy before I could be good at that.)))
