I got a call from the County yesterday and I may go over there for a week or two this month to help them out. (It would be nice to see money in my wallet again.)
(4pm) I went for another ten-mile hike. (Neat.)
(8pm) My sister called and bs'd. (She has found a new beau already and he has been taking her on a bunch of road trips. (Good for her!)) (She says, looking back, that the reason she has always gotten into relationships that wouldn't last was because she felt she didn't deserve one. (Self-hate can sure lead one to a lot of bad choices!))

(9am) Still no nitemares. (Last nite I didn't remember any dreams at all.)
(Noon) Good workout.
(7pm) My dad called today. (He was feeling really generous. (I am getting a new Isuzu pickup truck. (Tis stripped down and doesn't even have a radio, but it gets good mileage and has a two-year warranty. (It will be great having wheels again!)) (I am getting a new computer, a bunch of books on it, supplies, and some software.))-(Santa was good to me! (I must have done something right!))
I got a letter from my mom's sister in Vegas. (Twas nice hearing from her.) (Neat lady!) (It has been a long time since I have heard from them. (I have wandered so much, I suppose it's hard to keep up on where I am living.))

(1am) Quiet nite of reading and tv. (Nice.) (Tis neat becoming content with alone! (I really do think that is the first step towards being happy with others.))
(2am) Erica stopped by on the way home from the bar and visited with me. (Company is really nice.)
Having wheels is sure going to change the definitions of what is possible in my life.
(3pm) Today's exercise was hauling four loads of groceries home. (The money for the truck won't come in until Wednesday or so.) (Tis wonderful having food again!)
I got a card from Hunter today. (He is doing well.)
