(8pm) I got my deposit back from the old apartment today so I went for a big trip to the grocery store. Then I cooked, ate, and did some more unpacking. (All work and no play is making me a pretty boring nerd.)
I got a call from the County and I am going back there next week. (I will use that money to buy a better typewriter.)
I have acquired a taste for Dos Equis this year. (Good beer!)
I splurged and had them hook me up for Cinemax and ShowTime here.
I got the phone fixed and the hot water going today. (Yeah.)

Twas a busy day again.

people in other parts of the world cannot do many of the things they want to do, 100's of
1,000,000's in the West do not want to do many of the things they can do. In winning the
struggle for freedom and the pursuit of happiness, the West has lost its inclination to
act."

(1pm) Last nite I took care of chores and then crashed.
Today I am working on unpacking, and getting things half way situated around here.

(3am) I went to the Top Hat tonite. (The music and girl watching were wonderful.) (Again I was too afraid to dance.)
Then I went to Corky's. (Some older woman tried to pick me up. (I bought her a couple drinks, but managed to piss her off. (That was easy. (All I had to do was refuse to buy her a bottle to go.))) (I don't think she was really interested in sex anyway. (e.g., she asked why men want sex. (Because tis fun and feels good.))-(e.g., she said she is "expensive".) (Even if she had been interested in sex, she was in no condition to have been fun.) (She did however seem to need to be held a bit, to feel attractive, and she needed the booze; and I helped her with those needs.))
On the way home I stopped at 4-b's for some breakfast.
I wrote a couple of poems. (Neat.)
The moon is beautiful tonite! (I can't see it from this apartment either. (Boo.))
