(7pm) The fellow visiting from Belgrade was headed for Colorado today, so I rode with him over to Butte. (He says he crashed and burned, and slept all day yesterday; missing his date with the bartenders at Corky's (Lisa).)-(I will have to stop by and apologize for him when I get back from this trip to help out the County.)
I timed it just right to catch my bus out of Butte, but the bus driver is sick and it will be awhile before a back up driver arrives. (I wonder if the brothel is still open?)
I was thinking about one of my women friends and how she used to comment about how stupid a mutual woman friend of ours was for marrying a guy who beats her. (Now she has married a fellow who beats her, and doesn't comment about such things anymore.) (Maybe she just needed someone to make her hate men more?)-(And, eventually, she will leave him and help to confirm his hatred of women.)-(What a vicious circle.) (It all makes me feel that I am right in looking to start with friendships, rather than following lust.)
I pissed off Erica again last nite. (I went down to Flippers to visit with her. She said she was tired and was going to go home after she got off of work; so I wandered down to the Top Hat. (Today she wanted to know why I took off. (Oh well, she knew I went to the Hat, and she could have come down there.)))
Tis always sad when a relationship ends, but they all must in time. (Nothing lasts forever.) (And that is no reason for not building relationships.)-(Just keep moving on, meeting new people, building new friendships, and staying open to the joys life has to offer us.) (Maybe we would all find more happiness if we could scrap the idea of relationships lasting forever?)
(8pm) They finally found a driver, so it's dog time again.

(5pm) The bus got into Bozeman around ten last nite. (I sat next to an older fellow on the bus and bs'd with him about the economy.)
After I checked into the motel last nite I went down to the Scoop to meet Samantha. (We shot some pool and bs'd.) (She is talking about leaving Leo again. (He doesn't believe her and she can't afford to, so things will probably remain the same for now.)) (Twas nice seeing her.)
I ran into all sorts of people I know at breakfast, down at 4-B's this morning. (Tis nice being back where I know a lot of people.)-(One of these days, I will have to start going out more in Missoula and start meeting others. (I got to this point in Bozeman by spending eight hours a day seven days a week in the bars for about a year and a half, and that is what I need to do in Missoula. (Tis just a slow tedious process for me.)-(I hate to start over again.)-(I am so shy it seems to take forever to meet anyone.)))

(Midnite) I collected $300 today and there is another $1,100 coming on Friday, so I treated myself to steak, lobster, sautéed shrooms, and wine. (Yum!) (Learning to enjoy wine is another thing I have Erica and Carrie to thank for.)-(They have introduced me to a lot of neat experiences!) (It would have been nicer tonite if there had been someone to share the experience with. (Sharing food is one of my favorite social rituals. (Others I like are sharing drink, smoke and shrooms.)))
