We ended up the nite at the Hat. (What a zoo it was.) (The music was great, the girl watching was outstanding, and I fell in lust a couple dozen times.) (The guy I was with hustled women all day, but struck out at the bars.) (He got pissed at me for not hustling. (What is the point? (I am tired of beating my head against that wall.))) (He did manage to pick up one woman after closing time, while we were walking back to the truck, but she ended up passing out on the couch. (I just gave her a ride home and she says she will call me sometime about doing some shrooms and partying.)-(She says my friend was a "jerk", but we would never have met her if he hadn't been one. (And she gave him plenty of kisses before she passed out.)-(If women really don't like that behavior, why do they reward it?))-(She also commented that he and I make a good team. (He is aggressive enough to meet women and I calm them down when they get pissed at the aggressiveness.)-(There must be some balance between the two styles that would be effective.)-(I don't like his style, but I met far more women in one weekend than in the last six months.)))
Twas Henry's birthday, and he and Erica cruised through the Hat around midnite. (Twas nice seeing them.)
One change I would have to make, before picking up anyone at the bars, is to drink less. (By closing time all I am up to is sleep.)

(8am) Well, I bar hopped again with the fellow from Belgrade yesterday. (We started out by driving down to Hamilton and back, hitting the bars along the way.) (We ended up downtown.) (We met one really strange fellow in Luke’s bar. (A biker named Dog with a dog named Trash. (He was wasted on mescaline and told us all about prison and how his only job is dealing drugs. Then he rolled a j on the pin ball machine and shared it with us.))
Yesterday I asked two more women to call me sometime, if they would like to party. (The problem is I spent all my money and I couldn't afford to if they did call.)
The weekend sure drained me. (Physically and financially.) (Carrie says that once I find a girlfriend, she won't get too deep into my pockets for money, if I find one who works and is willing to go dutch. (She is probably right, but the process of meeting women is expensive and exhausting.))
Erica pointed out a woman at the Hat Saturday nite that she said reminded her of Carrie. (I didn't notice much similarity. (Except the way she played with her hair.)) (Erica said the similarity is in the way she uses men. (She puts down my other women friends for using men, but I don't think that is fair. (You can't get through life without using others.)-(The trick is to give in return, and not just take.)-(Carrie may have "used" a lot of men, but I think she left most of them smiling.)-(Maybe I am just prejudiced because I am a better man for having known Carrie, but I still think she is one of the best human beings I have ever met!)))
I am down another $15 from playing the poker machines over the weekend. (I am sure on a losing streak.)
