(Midnite) I took myself to "Out of Africa" tonite. (Good movie.)

(1pm) I got a letter from Carrie today. (Yeah.) (It has been a long time since I heard from her, and I have been worried.) (She says she is having mega-fun. (Good for her!))

(10pm) Busy day.

I got paid today and then turned around and spent almost of it paying bills.

When I got home from work and shopping I found a long letter from Erica and a plate of Easter leftovers. (They had a big family dinner over in Anaconda.) (That was sweet of her.) (It sounds like she had much fun over spring break! (Good for her!))

Samantha told me that two of the guys in the Colter Band had a fight. (Both Carrie and Erica were surprised at who won. (Maybe Samantha got the story wrong, but I am not too surprised. (Quieter men generally don't impress a lot of people as being fighters, but sometimes that is quite wrong. (e.g., last year I did some tax work for a couple and we spent an evening sitting around bs'ing until 2am. The guy is in his mid 40's, big guy, drives a gull wing motorcycle, likes to play with dynamite, and used to love to fight. He said the only men he wouldn't f with in his fighting days were quiet guys. ("Still water runs deep"))-(e.g., I can't imagine anyone pushing me far enough to get me to fight, but I wouldn't want to be them if it happened.))))

(9am) Erica and Carrie are sure different people. (I have had some problem with that, since moving here. (e.g., not long after moving here I gave Erica a hug, like I do with Carrie. (That wasn’t a wise thing to have done.)))

Note from the ozone: According to "USA today", 20 million people in the U.S. smoke pot. If they average one ounce per month, and we taxed each ounce at $20 per, that would generate almost five billion dollars in additional revenues. (I wonder how many billions would be saved by not having to spend money and time on enforcing those laws?) (And, how many lives wouldn't be scarred by jail?)

(8am) Last nite was a quiet one of reading. (Nice.)

Note from the ozone: I wonder if Reagon's actions in the Middle East aren't really meant to start a war? (It would drive oil prices up.)

(9pm) I stopped by Flippers on the way home and visited with Erica a bit. (Nice!) (She is still giving me free food and drinks. (She is so sweet.))
