(3pm) I ran into some rain and snow around Garrison, but mostly the roads were good.

(4pm) Dad called. (He wants me to do some more stock market research for him. (He keeps talking about getting a computer and an internet connection; but he keeps putting it off. (Oh well, I enjoy doing for others and it has been interesting to learn how to use the internet for stock market research.))) (He still thinks that the market will go down, but doesn’t know when. (Actually, as he points out, most of the market has gone down already, and it’s just the stocks that make up the indexes that make it appear like a bull market.)) (He says a lot of people are borrowing to invest in the markets. (As long as new money keeps pouring in, there will be upward pressure.))

(4pm) One of the local politicians stopped by and bs’d awhile. (Politics is fascinating!)

(5am) Today I am starting on editing the tenth addition to "Outlaws and Poets" that I just finished typing.

(Midnite) The full moon is beautiful!

Happy solstice!

(4pm) I worked out Tuesday through Thursday again.

Carly stopped by. (Her dad is in town and they aren’t getting along at the moment.) (Tis sad they aren’t talking, but it was nice to get some companionship for a change.) (It sounds like the hassles are beginning with Ross over getting the child support payments revised.)

(4am) Merry Xmas!

(1pm) My sister and dad called and bs’d awhile. (Dad gave me another list of stocks to research.) (My sister says she has begun to experience menopause.) (It sounds like she is having fun running around town to visit old friends.)

(7pm) Camilla called. (She says she thought about coming back to Montana for Xmas, but couldn’t afford it.) (She says she got a new computer. (Good for her!) (Hopefully this one will allow her to start doing more with her skills.)) (She says she went to a neat solstice party.)

12-26-99

(4pm) Carly stopped by for a few glasses of wine. (Other than being ready for her dad to leave, it sounds like she is doing well.)
