I am still pondering on what the solution is to returning social interaction to the workplace. (With all the laws on the books censoring words and actions in the work place, it’s becoming a more sterile and hostile every day.) (We become more alienated and cut off from each other every year, and we must reverse that trend somehow!)

(9am) I complained about being plowed in to the public works director and he stopped by this morning and plowed my truck out. (Nice!) (Hauling clothes to the laundramat and groceries back from the store was doable, but it makes life much nicer when I have transportation!)

(9pm) Carrie called and visited for a few minutes. (She has been real tired and isn’t feeling well, but it sounds like school is going well and the boys are doing well.) (Her parents gave her their old computer for Xmas and she is trying to get it figured out.)

It has been getting lonely here now that people don’t stop by much.

Friday nite I went to unplug what I thought was a school project. (The wiring looked bad so I have been unplugging it when no one was around to put out the fire.) (I discovered it wasn’t a school project, and the wiring was a lot worse that I had imagined. (Tis amazing it hadn’t caught fire already.)) (He was trying to grow pot (and doing a really poor job of it), so I tore it down. (A small fire started while I was taking it apart.))

(2am) D O woke me up and I realized Bryan had his stereo turned up full blast. (He finally got back from his weekend retreat with the theater group, discovered his experiment was gone and he went ballistic.) (We had a big fight (for me) and he turned his stereo down.)

It sounds like Charlotte is still having problems. (Sad!) (I hope she defeats her demons someday!)
