(11pm) Another busy day of seminars and talking to vendors. (I thought the City has it tough, but from what others here say the Citys finances are actually doing well. (Everything is relative.))
At lunchtime I cruised 16th Street. (They have it fixed up real nice! (There are lots of street musicians and great girl watching.)) (You dont have to get far from 16th Street though before you notice how many empty, run down buildings there are there.)
After the meetings we stopped by to see another of his college buddies. (He is rich too.) (What an amazing house!)
Then we went back to his sisters place and had dinner there.
I bsd some more with my boss brother-in-law. (He is getting tired of the rat race. (His wife does family law and works in Evergreen, but he drives into Denver everyday to work for one of the large firms there.)) (He defends large corporations in lawsuits, so maybe the type of work is starting to bother him too.)

(Midnite) I drove most of the way back. (Twas nice to get out on the road and cruise!)
I am tired but I am too wound up to sleep yet.
D O is wound up too. (Silly cat!)
I managed to make the drive in 13 hours. (That is a lot less than what others told me it would take.) (With a radar detector and a better car, it could be done faster.)
(6pm) I was dragging, but I made it through the workday.
TGI payday!
(7pm) Carly stopped by for gambling coupons. (Gwynn told her that Erica broke her tailbone in a fall. (Sad!))
I was too tired to go to the grocery store, so I had a pizza delivered. (It has been great getting a break from my cooking.)
6-7-91
(7am) I got lots of sleep and I feel almost human again.
(5pm) TGIF!
We managed to finish the executive budget today, so I dont have to work at the City this weekend. (Yeah!)
(10pm) Erica stopped by to borrow the truck. (Neat!)
