(6pm) I called my lawyer. (It sounds like there is nothing I can do to resolve this issue. (I can pay the $2,400 now and wait for her to file a lawsuit demanding more, and then respond. (If I give her the $2,400 she will have money for an attorney and I will have to come up with several grand to pay my legal fees.))-(I think I will just return the money to my dad and let the state garnish my wages until they have collected the $2,400 they and I think I owe. (Without a lump sum distribution, she may never be able to afford an attorney to drag me into court.)-(It means living with that hanging over my head for years though.)) (He is going to call the state and see what they have to say.) (Depressing!)

(1pm) This thing with my ex has me so screwed up I couldn’t work today, so I am taking the afternoon off.
I took my recycling in and got enough money for some cigs. (Part of me desperately wants to quit, but I just can’t seem to make it. (Frustrating and depressing!))

We have entered our gray time of year and I have heard a bunch of people comment about being down because of the lack of sunshine.
