(2pm) TGIF!
My lawyer called to say the state backed down to $2,400, so I took the rest of the afternoon off to celebrate. (Good news is a neat change of pace!)
I have noticed that I have been noticing college girls more here lately. (Probably some dumb mid life crisis thing, I suppose. (Oh well, I am single and keeping my pants on, and a little fantasy isn’t going to hurt anyone!))
(3pm) Erica stopped by to bs. (Neat!)
Twas nice to finally have someone to share my good news with!
She says her brother is thinking about opening a bingo parlor here.
She is going to go to Mexico soon. (She is overdue for a holiday!)
(6pm) I talked to my dad and he is willing to pay the $2,400 to settle the alimony issue. (More good news!) (I will have to call the lawyer Monday and have him start the paper work.)

(11am) It has been a blasé weekend here, so I called Carrie and bs’d with her for awhile. (Wonderful!) (She is going to her aunt’s in Livingston for the afternoon, so she didn’t have much time to chat.) (Her son’s next skin graft is coming up in a couple weeks and then she is going to Miles City for the holidays.) (Her dad bought her a newer used car. (Tis a big boat, which is good with all the stuff she needs to haul around for the twins.)) (One of the boys is crawling and the other is rolling everywhere. (Now the mischief begins!)) (She says her Saudi brother-in-law told her the Middle East thing was staged to protect the military from budget cuts.)
(8pm) Quiet day here. (Nice!)
I cleaned some of the windows again. (Tis amazing any lite got in!)
I have already started a list of questions in case I get a job interview at the university. (Hopefully I am not being overly optimistic!)

(6pm) I talked to my lawyer today and he is trying to get the paper work started. (He says the state people are being cooperative. (They told him they don’t want to talk to her anymore. (I can relate!)))
