(4pm) Well, I am finished redecorating.
I did a taping project for Erica today too.
I only had to short the power company $5 this month. (I don’t have enough cigs to make it until payday; but I can always roll some or quit.) (I was afraid I would end up even shorter after spending money going out with Samantha and Leo, but it wasn’t as bad as I had feared.)
There were lots more unattached men than unattached women at the Rhino and the Hat Thursday nite. (According to the census, the number of single men is about equal to the number of single women; but you would never guess it from the bars. (I wonder where single women do go? (Maybe they are all sitting at home?)))
I really like the new Paul Simon and Los Lobos albums!

(6pm) My cd player is acting normal again. (It seems to go through spells of acting up and then it’s ok for months.)
Erica left a note. (She likes how I have rearranged the living room.)
I looked up that Supreme Court ruling and it matches up with my situation exactly. (Amazing!)-(Tis nice to get lucky now and then!)
I won $25 in the World Series lottery at work. (Also amazing!) (That is the first time I have ever won one of those.)

(11pm) I went to Miranda’s birthday party. (Wonderful evening!)
It sounds like June’s mother has gotten into the mess and is spending a bunch of money to try and shift the blame to someone else. (She should spend the money getting her daughter some help with her problems!)
It sounds like Artie has disappeared.
Twas mostly a bright time, despite the mess June made, and that is what is most important.
I would say Jim is more upset about all of this than Miranda is.

(10pm) Erica stopped by for some dominos. (Neat!)
Now is a time to keep a low profile. (This will blow over, but now it’s time to be mellow and patient.) (I think I will skip running the grow room this winter.)
