The Mayor has decided not to run again. (Interesting plot twist!) (It will be interesting to see who the new one will be.)
I am still pondering on changing my diet. (I have got a lot of bad habits and changes to make!)
My life now does resemble prison. (I have locked myself into one!)-(Or is it locking everyone else out in self defense?) (Some weird combination of punishing and protecting myself.)
Oh yes, Beth is pg. (The father is living with her now.) (The Judge is bugging her to get married.)
Lauren hasn’t said anything to me in a few days.
New music is my way of giving myself a treat. (Tis also a way of studying storytelling. (Music has had a strong influence on my poetry.)-(I am not writing now, but that is no reason not to keep studying.))
I should pick up enough from doing taxes in the next few weeks to catch up on bills and buy some bud. (With spring coming the utility bill will be going down, and I will have a little extra money.)

(9pm) Well, there is nothing else on tv tonite that interests me. (Oh well, time to escape into dreamland.)

(9am) I slept 11 hours. (Will there ever be anything better than sleep to do on a Saturday nite?)
(11am) I am throwing out a few pounds of hamburger. (It thawed out Wednesday, the freezer still isn’t working, and I wouldn’t get around to eating it until Thursday. (I have read that one shouldn’t refreeze meat, and a week unthawed seems too long to be safe.))
(5pm) I spent about four hours on tax returns. (Not much fun, but I need the money.)
I also spent some time reorganizing the grow room. (I did some pruning on the mother plant, so I have some more smoke.)
This weekend I am backsliding more on cigs. (I feel bad about it, but I can’t seem to find the strength to shut that back off.) (During the week I am so busy I don’t smoke much. Tis the weekends when it’s just me with a lot of time to fill that I turn to them for company.)
One of these weekends soon I suppose I better do some spring-cleaning. (I have been real bad about cleaning this winter!)
I sent out a sample to another publisher.
