(6pm) Busy day!
Today Mary commented that her busy time of year is about to begin. (Lots of relationships disintegrate right after the holidays, so there will be a bunch of restraining orders being filed.)
My cold is getting better. (Nice!)
I woke up a bunch of times last nite. (Fortunately I got back to sleep!)
I like the Taylor Dayne tune "Don’t rush me"! (I think I will have to know someone quite awhile, before I will let her too far in! (I am slow to trust!)) (Maybe Miranda’s reaction to Danny was because she felt rushed? (The house and living together was a pretty big commitment.))
I like Danny and they always seemed happy together, but I didn’t see them often and I really can’t say. (Maybe she was afraid of being dumped again and decided to dump him before he dumped her?) (I hope she resolves that fear and anger, and is able to build a relationship some day. (There are things to learn from alone, but a lifetime of solitude is escaping!)-(There is a lot in life one needs another to discover!))
Erica commented on how I read and watch tv at the same time. (I had to learn to block out noises, to get through college. (My ex wanted me to study at home and that meant shutting out tv, kids, animals, yelling, ….)-(Anyway, now when I read I can’t focus when it’s quiet.))
A waterbed would be nice this time of year! (Warmth!) (It might be even harder to get out of bed though.) (Oh well, I crawl under my pile of blankets and it warms up pretty quick.)
(8pm) I got another rejection letter from a publisher today. (Someone else who thinks I am not good enough.) (I suppose it does me good, but it sure hurts!)
Erica says that Dell called Henry. (That seems really cruel and senseless.) (Tis time to let it go and move on!)
Erica says I should wear my glasses at the Club. (I don’t know if I could deal with the increased anxiety. (Maybe someday I will be stronger?))
Well, it looks like another nite of reruns. (Boo!)
(10pm) Erica stopped in for a bowl and a brew. (Neat!)
She says that Ashley called Henry too. (Why does he listen to them?) (Why don’t they let it go?)
(11pm) I wish I could forget sex until I find a girlfriend! (Annoying!)
