(5pm) Today went pretty slow. (Annoying!)

(11pm) Quiet nite. (Nice!)
The break room has been interesting. (Two more women have gotten divorced since I quit going to the break room, while I was adapting to no cigs.)-(Lauren is still engaged.)-(Jesse quit coffee and beer but is still smoking cigs and hanging out in the bars.)

(11pm) Erica took me out to dinner and then we did some bar hopping. (Neat!)
Twas nice getting out for awhile!

(Midnite) Time for sleep!
(7pm) Erica and Linda stopped by for a bowl and a brew. (Neat!)
I had been getting pretty shaggy, so Linda stayed and gave me a haircut. (I enjoy visiting with her!)
(9pm) Carly stopped by and bs’d for awhile. (She is pretty funny!) (She says her dad is coming for 15 days. (Mostly we talked about what she could do to entertain him.))

(1pm) Laundry time again. (Boo!)
I got a Xmas card from Nikki. (It sounds like she is well, and her life is busy! (Good for her!))
I do have more energy for Nautilus at nite! (And, my body is looser then!) (And, it’s nice to be able to take my time in the soak and sweat area!) (I am glad I switched!)
I will have to diet after New Years. (My pants are getting pretty tight.) (Miranda says it would help with women if I lost the gut. (I doubt it will change anything, but it can’t hurt.))
