Carly just called. (She was so fucked up I could barely understand what she was trying to say. (I think she is coming by, but I am not sure.))

Samantha called and bs’d awhile. (It sounds like she is doing well! (Good for her!)) (She wants me to come over for the Sweet Pea Festival. (Sounds like fun, but I can’t afford it and I will probably have to work that weekend.))

(9pm) Carly and Gwynn stopped by for awhile. (Neat!)

Gwynn misses Erica’s friendship, but still can’t see what she did to piss Erica off. (One problem with black outs is you don’t remember who you pissed off and how. (Black outs are another way drugs help one to withdraw.)) (She commented that she has trouble maintaining relationships and that she is stubborn.) (Gwynn said she was sleeping the other day when Erica called looking for Carly and she thought it was a dream.) (Carly says Gwynn talks about Erica a lot.) (Those two started having problems about the same time Carrie got mad at me.) (I am tempted to get involved and try to patch things up, but ever since the fiasco with Carrie and Hunter, I am trying to avoid getting involved with other people’s problems.)

Carly was pretty fucked up and argumentative tonite. (What a hoot!)

(7am) D O is still gone. (Her food has been eaten, so I am guessing she stopped in while I was sleeping.)

TGIF!

(6pm) Erica stopped by and brought me another pie. (Neat!)

Just jumping into a relationship isn’t the answer. (That is what happened with my ex.) (At that point there is nothing there but lust, and that doesn’t last.) (I want to know whom I am going to live with before I make too serious of a commitment. (This time though, I will probably go too far the other way.)-(How to find the proper balance is quite the puzzle!))

(8pm) The pie is delicious!

(11pm) Tiredness!

(9am) Erica scolded me for worrying about D O when she is out. (She will come home when she is ready.)

It occurred to me the other day that, when I was young, I avoided making friends at school because I didn’t want them to find out about my mom. Now I avoid making friends at work because I don’t want them to find out about my drugs. (Interesting!) (Tis also a carry over from my dad’s habits. (He always kept his work and personal life separate.))

It sounds like there is still a lot of debate to go on over the budget. (They are talking about at least one nite meeting that they think could run at least eight hours.)
