(7pm) Erica called and visited a bit. (She says she is feeling bad and the prognosis wasn't good. (The doctors say she either has to get a hysterectomy or start having kids. (That is a tough choice!)) (Hopefully she will give herself time to heal, rather than jumping back into her normal routine.))
I got a valentine card and a letter from my sister. (It sounds like she is doing well. (Good for her!))
Once again I am approaching valentines day without a girlfriend. (Oh well, I am happy and that is all that is really important!)
(9pm) Carly called and invited me to go to the Down Under with her, Ross and Gwynn. (No.)-(I think Erica is right about staying away from them.) (I told Carly that I was broke and couldn't afford to go out.)

(8am) It just occurred to me that Bryan's birthday is Monday. (He will be 13.) (I think I will space it off.) (Another burning bridge.)

I suppose I should write my dad soon. (I haven't done that in a couple months.)
Things seem to be mellowing out in the Court. (I wonder how long that will last?)
I have been working with the Captain in charge of the detectives a lot lately. (He was telling me that they had to drop sexual assault charges on a guy who assaulted two women at one of the nursing homes. (One of the women has passed away and the other is retarded.)-(They figure they would lose the case, so why try.) (Very sad!))
I better do my tax return today and figure out what the damages are.
Erica says she got a letter from Carrie but won't tell me what it says. (I guess Carrie is still pissed off at me. (Sad!))
I am sure blue today. (Last nite too.) (Oh well, it will pass soon, like always.)
I have been working a lot lately with the Norm. (He is a nice guy.) (Right now we are working on trying to get files moved from the old computer system to the new one’s.) (That chore is ranging from a piece of cake to it would be easier to reenter the information.)
(1pm) I used most of my play budget to buy new music. (Neat!)
I finally did my tax returns and I owe $700 this year. (Yech!)
