(11am) Laundry time again. (Tis nice to be able to do laundry regularly again!)
Comments Carly made about Erica:
1. She says they talk in subtleties when they talk.
2. She says Erica has played every game in the book.
3. Things she says make me wonder if Gwynn is avoiding people or just Erica.
4. She says Erica loaned Gwynn a bunch of my letters and Carly read them to.
5. She says Erica and Gwynn have a very peculiar relationship. (I know Gwynn is bi and she has propositioned Erica on at least one occasion.)
6. She found it interesting to learn that Erica made the scarf I wear in the winter.
She says she is jealous of all I have. (?)
Ross says the only reason Carly is with him is money. (From what she says, I would say he might be right.)
Carly's dad is quiet, but he is no dummy. (Neat fellow!)
They are out of smoke, so I have been getting them hi. (That seemed fair, considering all the effort they put into cooking.)
Carly commented that Ross is a good "house husband". ("Get them old and train them right.") (He says he does it to give her another reason to stay.)
(Noon) Oh yes, I commented that I rarely saw Erica, Miranda and Charlotte, and Carly said that was to be expected, given the age difference. (She calls them "kids".)
Carly commented on some coincidences she is noticed:
1. We are both from Kansas. (I rarely run into people from there up here.)
2. I went to the same university as her dad.
3. We both moved to Montana in 79.
4. My ex and one of her old beaus were in the state alcohol rehab center at the same time.
5. Our fathers are a lot alike.
(1pm) I actually did some house cleaning. (Amazing!)
The money from my dad still hasn't arrived, so I will have to scrap the idea of going out for now.
I still get the feeling that Carly is a bit interested in me as a lover, but there is still nothing concrete to go by. (Subtleties either go right by me or confuse me, most of the time.) (I need people who will hit me over the head with a sledgehammer.)
(8pm) It sounds like I have a new downstairs neighbor. (Maybe with that space heated again my heating bill will go down a little.)
