I have been contemplating Wallace again. (I have been craving some loving, and that is the only way I know how to get it.)
Nadine is an interesting lady. (She was super straight, married, kids, and weighed 250 pounds. Then she met this guy. She fell in lust with him, started into drugs, got divorced, married the new fellow, gave her kids up, and lost 110 pounds. (Right now her husband is in jail on drug charges, and she is thinking about divorcing him.)) (She has a degree in accounting but is collecting eggs at a local egg farm.)
(1pm) I finally worked my way through my pile of correspondence. (Tis nice to have that out of the way.) (Slowly, but surely, I am working my way through my list of chores to do.)
Erica gave me all the stuff I will need to get a cat, and she is going to look around for one for me. (I think living with a cat will be good for me. (It would be nice having some company.))
Several of the women I talked to in Bozeman said they don't often go to bars because they don't like the "meat market" atmosphere. (I can relate, but I don't know where else to go to meet new women.) (I get the feeling that there are a lot of single people out there sitting at home alone.) (There aren't any really "good" places in our society where people can meet other people, but we have to take advantage of what is available.)
The local paper has started an "introduction" section in the classified ads. (I think I might try to come up with an ad and give that a try.)
(6pm) I met Erica down at 4b's and we went out to the humane society to check on cats. (No luck on finding a kitten, but it was nice seeing Erica.)
One of the good things to come out of the Bozeman trip was that I gained some more confidence in my work skills.
I have sure got a ton of studying to do. (I hate to even think about how high that reading pile is. (But, when I am done I will possess another valuable skill. (And be able to get the full potential out of this computer.)))
Another thing I worked on a lot in Bozeman was flirting. (I am still not much good at it, but the only way to learn it is to practice.)
I collected a lot of good new music on the trip.
Again, with Christine, the trick to teaching was to build her self-confidence up.
All three of the women I hired and trained in Bozeman turned out to be interesting people and good workers. (I put a good team together. (I just hope they stay awhile.))
Oh yes, Victoria was giving me shit one day about one of my old excuses for my celibacy. (I told her I had been thinking about it more and had decided my problem was my personality and attitudes. (She shook my hand.))
Oh yes, Nadine verified my observation that fat gets in the way of sex. (She says it's amazing how much better sex is and how many more positions are achievable, since she lost weight. (I will agree!))
