(8pm) Carrie called. (She and the boys have been sick too.) (She is going to take a class on computers, to develop some more skill in that area.) (She has found a new beau.)

(7pm) I went and helped Miranda to pick out a new vcr. (Neat!)

(8pm) My dad called. (He says my ex is working with the lawyer. (She is going to subdivide the property, sell half the land and use that money to pay him back.)-(Amazing!)) (The boys didn’t write him and thank him for the money.) (He and his wife have been sick too.)
I hate to be optimistic and let myself dream, but I suppose I should start thinking about buying a house. (Even with a good down payment, it will still be at least double my current housing costs.) (I better start saving up so I can afford moving expenses and stuff I will need with a house.)

(8pm) I have read a couple places that "cocooning" is the new in thing. (Just goes to show that no matter what you do, eventually it will be the hip thing to do.)

(6pm) Carly stopped by. (She says she asked for a divorce and she will let Ross keep the kid.) (She has already placed a personal ad looking for a new guy.)

(2pm) Well it took less than two months for me to get around to writing again. (Amazing!)
If Carly and Ross get divorced, maybe I can buy their place. (Tis the right size and price range, and within walking distance of work. (I could finish off the basement and rent it out.))

(7pm) One of Carly’s neighbors is moving and I talked to her today at the Club about buying her place. (She hasn’t decided yet whether to sell or rent it.)
