(8pm) Miranda stopped by for some input on buying a house. (That is a lot better investment than a trailer, if she can afford it!) (The way housing prices are going now, putting one’s money into a house will reap a better return than most other investments.)

My boss says he is selling his house this summer and I might be able to pick it up for little down and a good interest rate. ($450 a month would be tight; but the extra space, yard and no landlord would be great!) (Wait and see!)
