TGI payday!
Work was hectic this week!
I talked with Grace again today. (She says she is still working on getting some exposure for my poetry.)
(8pm) Carly stopped by looking for gambling coupons. (She just finished working on another fundraiser. (She says they didn’t even come close to last year’s donations. (Times are tough and getting tougher!))) (She has an interview with another local charity that is looking for a full time fundraiser. (She would rather take some time off, but they can’t afford it.)) (She says Ross wants to go on strike, but they can’t afford that either. (It sounds like the state’s pay plan is a mess!))
(11pm) Erica stopped by and did some typing for her part time job. (Neat!)
She is contemplating leaving Montana now.
She is also contemplating joining a convent.
She thinks she is bad for men. (She has helped me a lot over the years, and I am a better person for having known her.)
She has been feeling really down lately! (She is working part time taping planning meetings and typing up the minutes, and she goofed up and ended up with a blank tape after the last meeting. (She is beating herself up about it, but the people in planning tell me it’s no a-big-deal.)) (I know I always feel bad when I goof up at work, and I am an expert at beating myself up!)

(7pm) Six hours of bookkeeping is enough for today! (The extra money will be nice! (I have let a lot of stuff slide, so I will finally be able to start taking care of some of the stuff on my to buy list.))
(8pm) Erica stopped by for a bowl and a brew. (Neat!)
