She says she loves the new tv.

I have a three-day weekend for my birthday this year. (Cool!)

9-22-90

(9am) Carrie called. (She is going to Miles City on Tuesday.) (Her sister who was working in Saudi Arabia moved back to Bozeman.) (Her sister who married a Saudi owns two houses in Seattle and is trying to talk him into moving there. (She misses the U.S. and she keeps getting arrested by the religious police for not having enough clothes on.) (Carrie is going to try and talk her into letting her and the twins live in one of the Seattle houses. (Carrie isn’t up to another Montana winter.))) (Carrie’s kidney (or was it her liver) still isn’t working right, so she is getting more tests done.)

(3pm) Somewhere in between the post office and the store I developed a real nasty muscle spasm in my back. (Doing laundry was a real nitemare!) (Annoying!)

9-23-90

(3pm) My back is still sore, but it’s a bit better. (I wonder if it’s psychosomatic or old age?)

I think I am going to change my nautilus workout. (I have been focusing on building muscle the last four years. Now I am going to try building endurance and muscle tone.)

I wrote to Samantha.

I wrote to the state to let them know what has happened and asked them to let me know when they want to go to court on the alimony issue.

9-24-90

(6pm) I got a letter from Carrie. (It sounds like she is getting a bit stronger. (She is starting to read and write again anyway.))

My back is still bothering me, so I will skip the Club tonite.

9-26-90

(8pm) Nice workout! (Twas kind of weird cutting back the weights to switch my focus. (I think it’s a positive change and it will be interesting to see how this workout routine goes.))

(9pm) Erica stopped by for a bowl and a brew. (Neat!)

Her car is in the shop again. (Hopefully they will get it fixed this time.)

It sounds like she is getting comfortable in her new place and is starting to enjoy it there. (She says it’s quiet, and she is sleeping better.) (Tis nice to hear some good news for a change!)

She says she is going to try getting back into her exercise routine again. (I need to do the same thing!)
