(11am) One of the things I learned at the seminar was that the new federal rules on drug testing don’t effect the City yet.
This next week at work should be real busy. (There is a lot of work to do yet to finish the budget and only three weeks to do it in.)

(8pm) Nice workout! (A few people have commented that I don’t look strong enough to lift what I do. (?)) (I have gained three pounds. (I have missed some walks lately and have eaten a bit too much.))

(11pm) I was in a Council budget hearing most of the nite. (Yech!)
Carrie left a message. (She will be out of town when Samantha gets married. (I had been thinking about taking off work and going over early so I could spend a little time with her and meet the boys, but I guess I will just go over for the wedding and head home.) (One of her sons is going in for an operation and she is going to Miles City.)

(10pm) The drive up to Great Falls for this seminar was nice! (Beautiful country!)
This time I conned them into letting me drive my truck. (It has been a long time since I have had it out on the hiway!)

(8pm) The drive back was wonderful too!
(9pm) I finally got hold of Carrie. (She has a friend from California visiting until the day of the wedding. (I will go over on the morning of the wedding, hit the wedding and reception, stop by and spend some time with Carrie and the kids, and then drive back.) (Carrie and Samantha are the only people there I have remained in contact with. (They are both busy that weekend, so there isn’t much point to staying longer.))

(6pm) Chores are done. (Mostly.)
I got some new windshield wipers. (I drive it so rarely I hadn’t noticed that they needed to be replaced.)
