It sounds like Linda is going through a rough time, internally. (After years of being told by the person closest to her that she is a slut who is screwing around all the time, she actually did it. (I can relate!)) (It sounds like she has been being real nice to Paul. (Guilt!)) (There is a part of her that is real unhappy with how things are going, and it’s manifesting itself through flirting and having affairs. (The trick is to hear the message and find a way to resolve the conflict!))
Erica has started playing softball. (She says that is a lot of fun.) (I have never played and would just get in the way. (Or, maybe I have and that is one of the parts of my past that has been blacked out?)) (The woman who runs that program bugs me to take up softball every time I go to the Parks Department.)
Erica thinks I should stop giving Lauren smoke. (She has gotten a bit carried away about hitting me up. (She smokes at least four times as much as I do.))-(I am a sucker for a woman in pain though, and I need do what I can to ease her pain a little.)
I still don’t see how the complaints Carrie listed in her letter justify being this mad at me for this long. (She was already real mad at me for leaving Bozeman, and I would guess those things were just the straws that broke the back of our friendship.)
I haven’t seen the moon in ages. (Another way the apartment in Bozeman was nicer is that I could lay in bed and watch the moon pass through the darkness.)
Erica says she has been sleeping more lately. (Her body is telling her it needs rest.)-(She has been going pretty hard for awhile now!)
My answering machine is messing up. (Annoying!)
I picked up some new slacks today. (Being too fat for the old one’s wore them out fast!)

(Midnite) I finished up some reports I am helping Erica with. (Make a few extra bucks!)
Now I had better sleep!
(5pm) Busy day!
Erica is up to three jobs now. (She is busy!)
(6pm) Lauren called and I went over there and bs’d with her for awhile. (And, she bummed smoke again. (I told her that I was out now and that it would be awhile before more came in.)) (She is still complaining about being afraid. (Considering she has been a radical skier and kayaker, this sounds unusual for her.))
(11pm) The sandman has found me again.
