Sharon says she joined a health club with Chloe and has been going a lot. (She says she just hangs out in the soak and sweat area, but Chloe is getting into weight lifting.)
I have increase my walking some more and I am trying to burn off this excess weight.
I hope Carrie is well and happy!
I had a few more short visits with Lauren last week in the break room. (I like her!)
Jesse told me why she quit drinking. (She says she has had a problem with depression for years, but it got really bad last fall. It bothered her enough that she finally went to see a shrink. He put her on pills for depression and you can’t drink with them. (He got her to quit caffeine, to start on an exercise program, and to start thinking about and reacting to things happening in her life in different ways.)-(She says he has taking her off the pills now, but it’s a gradual reduction that takes four months.)) (I hope all keeps getting better for her! (Depression really sucks, and it drains all the good out of living.)-(The last month of being depressed again makes me appreciate having gotten a handle on controlling my depressions! (Exercise and drinking less has helped for me!)))
I saw my landlord outside today, so I talked to him about my frig. (He said he would get someone by tomorrow to fix it. (That would be nice!))
The cuttings are two feet tall already. (Amazing!)
D O has been spending more time outside. (She likes spring!) (I still haven’t found those birds. (All I ever see is feathers.)-(She must eat them all.))

(9pm) Lauren said today that she is still very much in love with the guy who dumped her. (She says he went back to his ex because his kids and his ex were laying guilt trips on him. (She doesn’t think that will work, and that it is just a matter of time until he comes back to her.)-(Tis likely, if he did go back out of guilt instead of love, that it will fall apart again; but who knows if he will go back to Lauren.)) (I hope it works out for her, and she finds some happiness.)
Maddie says she wants to get her daughter a computer for her high school graduation present, and wants me to help her pick one out. (I like helping people!)
I suppose it isn’t relevant that Sharon is a lousy lay. (I am used to celibacy and tending to my own needs.) (What is relevant is I am not in love with her and would just as soon be alone as be with her. (It isn’t fair to use her like that!))
