(8pm) Nice workout! (I had been eating a cookie before my workout, since I don’t eat lunch and need some fuel for the workout. (I decided to switch to apples. (Not as tasty, but less calories.)))
I got a valentine card from my sister. (She sounds about the same.) (She finally went to a doctor about the carpal tunnel and he said it doesn’t look like that is what she has. (Another mystery disease.)) (I will have to write her soon!)
