(6am) Twas tough getting out of bed this morning! (Twas nice snuggling my pillow under the blanket!)-(Sleep is much nicer when it’s cool!)
I hope my step mom gets over her depression. (My dad loves her lots and she makes him happy, despite the health problems.) (She is good people!)
When I moved my truck into the back last nite (Tis street cleaning day again.), I walked up the back stairs and saw a little kid starting to climb out on the roof after one of the cats. (Pretty scary!) (He looks like a little dare devil.) (His face was all bruised and cut. (Hopefully from accidents and not from an abusive parents.)) (His mom was sitting outside and I got her to get him back downstairs. (She is a cutie!))
Erica left me a cat book yesterday. (Neat!)
(7am) The newspaper still isn’t here. (Annoying!)
(6pm) Erica stopped by and visited a bit. (Neat!)
Miranda called looking for Erica.
I moved the truck back out front and saw Erica drive by.
I called Miranda today and told her to check out her salary question before the budget is adopted.
(8pm) Good smoke!
I finally got dinner going. (I don’t know if I can get out of the lazy cook routine, but I should try.)
Erica suggested that I go hang out in the soak and sweat area on the mornings I am not working out. (That is a good idea!)
I have been watching a lot of movies this summer! (The writers strike still isn’t over, so who knows when the new tv season will arrive.)
I have kind of slipped on working out since May.
(9pm) Sharon called and bs’d. (It sounds like she is doing well. (Good for her!)) (Her trip to Germany in October was confirmed, and she is excited about that!) (She says Laurie has been a lousy mood. (I haven’t heard from her in quite awhile.))
D O just made it back.
This new liter is pretty neat.
