Monday again. (Boo!)
My sister called last nite and bs’d awhile. (It sounds like they are doing ok. (Good for them!)) (They are still contemplating a visit, but it doesn’t sound likely this year.) (They say it was over 100 there yesterday, and, if you factor in the humidity, it was 115.) (She says my step mom went to the Mao clinic for tests. (They say she doesn’t have asthma, and are trying to figure out what it is.)-(It would be nice if they figure it out so they don’t have to move. (My dad would rather stay in Kansas.)))-(My step mom has been depressed about burdening my dad with another wife who is disabled and costing a lot in medical bills. (It isn’t the same as my mom!)-(At least she has still got her mind!))-(In Kansas, in the summer, she gets about 25% of the oxygen most people get. In Vegas she gets about 50%.)
(7am) Nice workout!
Oh yes, I actually ran the vacuum around the carpet yesterday. (Amazing!)
Companionship may seem like not much to most people, as it comes easily for them; but, to me, it is a very precious and rare part of life. (It takes me a long time to build friendships and my phobia about making first moves means I get few chances to even begin one.)
(5pm) Busy day! (It will be nice when the budget gets done!)
(6pm) I heard a new way to say "pussy", on a movie this weekend: "Haven of celestial bliss.") (Nice way to put it!)
The cable box is getting even weirder.
(9pm) I have got eight days of vacation now. (I think I will let it build up for awhile.)
An article in the paper says 76% of the women between 18 and 44 are sexually active. (You could have fooled me.)
