(6pm) Logan says he is going to a seminar on housing and Aids victims. (He says he has already got five Aids patients on his waiting list for public housing.)
(9pm) So far it has been a quiet nite. (Nice!) (Then again, attack cat did come around a couple times and made things a bit exciting.)
I am tired (I have been up 18 hours now), but I am going to make myself stay up until 10pm.

I finished Linda’s taping project.
(5pm) Work was hectic again. (Nice!)
(7pm) I have been lazy about workouts lately.
Erica left a note. (She thinks I should ask Daphne out. (I can’t afford to date and I am not up to the risks associated with making advances toward a woman at work.)-(I have got a lot of therapy to go through yet, before I am ready for more than friendships.))
Sometimes I am good at pushing myself. Other times I can’t even make it out the door.
Erica says Gwynn is sick again. (She seems to get sick a lot. (My guess is she pushes herself so hard for so long, and eventually something has to give.)-(Maybe it’s her subconscious manifesting things, so that she will slow down.) (She needs to learn to relax and not do everything to the extreme.)-(Maybe someday she will get the message?))
She comments that Linda is lazy. (I did a lot of work for Linda when we worked together. (Twas easier to do the work myself than to try to make her do it.)) (She was the hardest person to teach about computers that I have run across so far.)
I can relate to Linda’s anxiety! (Living in an addictive relationship with someone who is super jealous takes a toll!)-(From what she has said to me, Paul is mellow compared to my ex. (e.g., my ex drove to and from everywhere I went on a regular basis and timed how long it took. If I took any longer than that, I had to endure hours of being screamed at by a raging lunatic.)) (In that kind of relationship one lives in constant fear of saying or doing the wrong thing, and triggering another psychotic episode.)
Erica says that she got a letter from Carrie and she is doing well. (Relief!) (She says that Carrie moved, so she probably never got the letter I sent her about the LA trip.)
I went to another meeting today and made myself talk a little. (Neat!)
I had a nice chat with Lauren again today.
