5. Lauren commented that she goes to the Club in the evenings sometimes to soak in the Jacuzzi. (It would be interesting to see her in a bathing suit! (I am such a lech!))
Since the housing market is in a slump maybe I should see if my dad will buy a house here and rent it to me? (It would be a good long-term investment (Tis just a matter of time until the next wave of Californians show up and the market goes up again.) for him and it would be a way for me to get into a house.)-(It would also nice to have the landlord 1,400 miles away.) (I hate to ask though.) (Something else to ponder on.)
Another anniversary that just passed is my ninth year in Montana. (There have been a lot of tough times, money wise, but I have grown much! (Twas a good move!))
(5pm) Another hectic day at work! (Nice!)
My boss brought me a couple tapes he made last summer of John Bayley at the Down Under. (Not bad.) (He says he has a bunch of Grateful Dead tapes he recorded live.)
He says the Mayor is going to propose raises for non-union personnel. (That would be nice!)
I had a couple of nice chats with Lauren.
I suppose another answer to getting into a house would be a roommate. (Roommates can be a hassle and I don’t know anyone that well.)
(8pm) Erica and Linda stopped by for a brew. (Neat!)
I enjoy Linda but she still seems a little uptight around me. (Working together at that other job we learned to get along and I imagine in time we will get comfortable around each other again.) (I wonder if she notices the difference between me and the image I project at work? (Besides the obvious one of smoking pot.))

(5am) I woke up at 3am. (I lay there for two hours hoping sleep would return, but no luck. (Annoying!)) (I have a feeling that my unconscious mind is going to fight me about changing my sleep schedule. (If I am going to set a goal of overcoming my phobia and becoming a social creature, going to bed at 9pm needs to end.))
Well, the roast didn’t poison me. (Relief!)
I sure caught a nice buzz last nite. (The pot Erica brought was quite tasty.)
Now I am making up some music tapes for Linda. (Fun!)
I wonder if the new Talking Heads album is out yet?
