(3pm) Ross and Carly dropped me off at the airport.
Now the waiting begins. (Eight hours to LA.)
(4pm) Tis a beautiful day for flying!
I am the only person in the smoking section.
Bourbon and diet cokes are $3. (Pretty outrageous, compared to Montana.)
(5pm) Billings.
(7pm) Denver.
I had a nice chat with a fellow from KC, on the flight from Billings to Denver. (Now I have couple hours to kill.)
This is a great girl watching spot! (The long lay over just went from bad to wonderful.)
(9pm) I have had window seats all the way. (Nice!)

(Midnite) The flight left Denver half an hour late and it took ages (it seemed) to get my back pack, get to the hotel and get registered; but I finally made it.
(2am) I hit the bar. ($3.50 for a bourbon and diet coke here.) (The male:female ratio was 2:1 and there werent any aggressive women. (Same as home.)) (The women were all wearing fancy dresses, which was something new.)
(8am) Tis still raining here.
(10am) According to the paper, Jim and Tammy Bakker are plotting a come back.
From what it says, it sounds like gangs are a really big problem.
I ordered up a pot of coffee. (It cost $5.) (I dont know how people afford to live here.)
I hope D O is being good for Erica. (I told her to be nice, but she doesnt pay attention to what I have to say.) (She likes Erica, so I imagine they will get along fine.)
(11am) No word from Carrie yet.
There is a shuttle bus from the airport to Santa Barbara, so maybe I should have skipped the letter and just gone up there? (I could make it up there and back for $25.)
(Noon) I went for a walk and found a hamburger joint where the food was cheap. (If $8 for two burgers and a diet coke is cheap. (Oh well, its better than the hotels prices.))
