(Noon) Nice walk!
I got a letter from Samantha. (She sounds pretty bored.) (She is still working.) (Her mom had cataract surgery, and is recovering ok.) (Leo got certified as a teacher and they are going to move to some small town eventually, so he can get a job and some experience. (Samantha isn’t looking forward to that.)) (Max and Barry from the Colter Band have formed another band and Elliott is moving to Maryland.)
(2pm) The cat has decided she wants my chair.
(3pm) Erica stopped by to visit. (Neat!)
(6pm) The cat has started hiding her toys.
(9pm) All nite I have been arguing with myself about walking downtown. (What a struggle!) (Why is something so simple so hard to do?)
(11pm) Sharon called and bs'd for an hour. (She is still doing ok.) (She says she and her daughter drank Thanksgiving.) (She says she knows the guy who shot a cop recently. (She says she was drinking with him the nite he did it and might have to testify.)) (She says she quit walking because it's dark after work. (That is why I like doing it at lunchtime.))

(7am) Staying home won out again last nite.
I figured out where the cat is hiding her toys. (She likes playing and running around the coffee table.)-(She seems to be healing and adapting well.)
She woke me up at 5am. (I have a new alarm clock.)
(9am) The cat is getting even friskier. (Oh well, I have always had a thing for wild females.) (She likes sitting in the front window.) (So far she hasn't bothered the plants.)
The real estate lady from the Club says she knows my new boss. (She says he gave a lot of speeches and training sessions when he had my new job. (That is beyond my skills.)) (She is from Canada originally, says she studied cooking for six years, she is about my age, she likes skiing, and it sounds like she is going all the time.) (She says most of the people she caters for fly the food in from Seattle.)
I have pretty much fucked off the past couple weeks. (Nice vacation!)
(10am) I sent off letters to Samantha and Hunter. (Tis nice having people to talk to!)

Erica has been complaining about me not calling her. (My phobia seems to be extending to telephones.) (Also, she has chewed me out in the past for being a bother and that caused me to switch to only talking to her when she initiates the interaction.)
