(2pm) Carrie and Erica keep saying to write a book, but I can't figure out how to approach writing a novel.
I wonder how Leo's Xmas eve party went? (Last year was pretty fun.)
(4pm) Carrie called and visited. (Neat!) (She says she is going to move to California soon to get away from the cold. (I like the seasons, but the winters here do get old.))
I have worried a bit about investing this much money in things, but it’s nice having good entertainment and a nicer home. (And, I no longer have to destroy my albums with that old record player I have been using.) (I got a compact disc player too. (I can't afford to buy music for that medium now, but it's nice having the option.))
My boss’s wife (She runs the real estate part of their business.) says she will find me some dates. (That is sweet of her, but I doubt she will come up with a partier. (Oh well, I don't have to marry them, just go out and have some fun.))
I bought a fifth of VO yesterday and now I am working my way through it. (Plus a little bite of shrooms and some smoke.)
(5pm) I wrote another letter to my ex. (I can understand that the kids don't want to write to me, but I keep trying to get her to send me a note now and then to keep me up to date. (After all the money I have paid, I think I deserve some input.)) (I doubt that she will respond, but it's worth trying.)

(11am) Thursday nite was quiet. (I just kicked back and watched the NBC lineup.)
Last nite I stayed home and read.
I am really enjoying the things I gave myself for Xmas. (Tis nice having some entertainment at home.) (My home is definitely a nicer place to be now.)
Note from the ozone: One theme I have noticed coming up a lot lately in my reading is the need to find inner silence. Wouldn't that tie to the need to still the conscious mind so that the powers of the unconscious can be tapped?
I am not having any luck with meeting women here yet. (Maybe I won't in the bars?)-(My women friends go to the bars now and then; but they spend more time at house parties, movies, home, hanging out with friends, .... (And, when they do go out, they usually go with friends, and aren't often looking to meet some quiet fellow sitting alone at the bar.)) (So how do I go about meeting women?) (I had been hoping Erica might be able to help with introductions, but she doesn't know anyone to introduce me to either. (My women friends seem to know tons of guys, but few other women.))
(Noon) I had been hoping to talk to Erica and get her opinion on going to Wallace, but she is partying in Anaconda.
