Why even
	Try
Open myself
	Up to hurt
		Again

Withdraw
	Into my
		Shell
Shut myself off
	From the
		World

Don't need
	The
		Sad
Can't stand to
	Risk the
		Pain

So lost in
	The
		Fear
I don't even
	Stand a
		Chance

No
	Hope
	Love
Simply
	Me and the
		Night
