For so long
	Now
I've known
	Only my own
		Touch

Nothing
	More
That I
	Can
		Bear

Too
	Frightened
To share
	Any part of
		Myself

Lost
	Alone
Unable to
	Find
		Peace

Shut it
	All
		Out
Safe
	Within my
		Shell
